We price charters in two ways. Your rental will be either an hourly rate or a transfer rate.

 

Reservations

 

A completed rental agreement and a down payment are needed to make your reservation. The minimum down payment is $150 per vehicle, per day. The remaining balance will be due 15 days before the event.

 

Cancellations

 

Sometimes, plans change. We are willing to work with you in that situation. But, if you must cancel your reservation completely, the down payment ($150 per vehicle) is non-refundable. However, any balance paid above that is refundable if canceled before 15 days before your event.
